Dillon Roosa

Dillon Roosa is currently the General Manager at Life Time Fitness, a position held since 2020. They have an extensive background in the restaurant industry, having worked as an Area Director at Famous Dave's of America from 2002 to 2008, a Managing Partner at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2008 to 2010, and a Cafe Area Lead at Life Time Inc. from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, Dillon gained significant experience as a Culinary Manager, NRO Training Manager, and General Manager at Cooker Bar and Grill from 1994 to 2000. Dillon has also held management positions at Bugaboo Creek Steak House and Cracker Barrel Restaurant. They earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Delaware Tech in 1994.
