Eric Padget is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since April 2019, Eric has served as Vice President of Real Estate at Life Time Inc., after holding the position of Director of Real Estate - Mixed Use. Prior to this, Eric was Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at PulteGroup from July 2014 to April 2019 and spent nearly nine years at Target, culminating in the role of Senior Real Estate Manager. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as a Senior Planning and Engineering Consultant at URS Corp, where responsibilities included managing national level planning and design projects. Eric's career began at Ruan Transportation Management Systems as a Proprietary Software Consultant. Eric holds a Master of Science degree in an interdisciplinary program focusing on civil engineering, community and regional planning, and transportation logistics, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning, both from Iowa State University.
