Lexi Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and project management. Currently serving as the Director, Agile Coach at Travelers since July 2023, Lexi has previously held the position of Senior Agile Coach at Best Buy from January 2021 to July 2023. Additionally, Lexi is a Group Fitness Instructor and Small Group Trainer at Life Time Inc. since May 2021. Lexi's coaching experience includes a significant role as the Head Coach and Assistant Coach for Synchronized Swimming at Eden Prairie Schools from January 2014 to June 2023.
