Parham Javaheri is the EVP & Chief Property Development Officer at Life Time. Parham has over 17 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Parham started their career as a project manager at Alliant Engineering, Inc. where they coordinated with clients and project teams on commercial and residential developments. Parham has also worked on projects ranging from 2 to 80 acres, including Walgreens, Best Buy, Life Time Fitness, and residential developments in Minnesota, Ohio, Iowa, Arizona, and Colorado.

Parham Javaheri holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Applied Mathematics from McGill University.
