Tyler Edwards is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in real estate management and development. Currently serving as a Real Estate Manager at Life Time Inc. since February 2023, Tyler focuses on new club growth and acquisitions in Central US markets. Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Senior Real Estate Manager, overseeing the Central and Western US. At Menards, from May 2011 to March 2023, Tyler played a pivotal role in the development and acquisition of over 30 new retail store locations and extensive commercial projects exceeding 5,400,000 square feet. Tyler's background also includes experience in sales and plumbing at Menards and an internship with the City of Woodbury that provided foundational planning skills.
