Dan Allison

Dan Allison is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in Android development and management. Currently serving at Life360 since May 2018, Dan has held various positions including Engineering Manager and Android Staff Engineer. Prior to this, Dan was a Principal Android Engineer at HotelTonight and worked as an Android Application Developer at Keep and Share, where collaboration with the iOS developer was emphasized for optimal user experience. Dan's early career includes an Administrative Consultant role at Pomona College, where custom systems and security audits were key responsibilities, and a Research Intern position at Moffitt Cancer Research Center, focused on developing a 3D cellular automata model. Dan holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Math from Pomona College.
