Mark Goines

Mark Goines is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Life360. Mark has also served as the Vice Chairman of Personal Capital and as a Board Member of TrackVia, Inc.

Goines began their career at Credit Interlink before moving to BillFloat. Mark then joined ODEKO as the company's Chief Financial Officer. After leaving ODEKO, Goines co-founded Visually, where they served as Chairman of the Board.

In 2012, Goines joined Personal Capital as Vice Chairman. Mark served in this role for eight years before leaving to join Life360.

Mark Goines received their BS from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mark also received their MBA from the same school. Mark's educational career has been focused on business and math.
