Kent Dicks has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Kent began their career in 1984 as a Programmer at Texas Instruments, where they provided online programming support to the semiconductor group. In 1986, they joined American Express as a Programmer on Card Member Information Systems and was eventually promoted to Manager of a large $500MM+ Service Establishment (SE) Worldwide Accounts Payable (AP) system. In 1996, they founded Aztech Professional Services, a niche provider of Information Technology, Engineering and Aerospace / Defense professionals, and qualified Aztech to be sponsored for Top Secret clearance by the Department of Defense. In 2006, they founded MedApps, Inc., a company that developed and manufactured a comprehensive suite of remote health monitoring products. In 2012, MedApps was acquired by Alere, Inc. and they headed Alere's Connected Health R&D division called Alere Connect. In 2015, they founded 3i Concepts, a personal consulting firm to incubate the next generation of Life365/LifeConnect. In 2016, they founded Life365, Inc., a Digital Health as a Service (DHaaS) software platform. In 2022, they founded LifeConnect, an intelligent, Virtual-First platform in the healthcare marketplace, and became an integrated Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) / Virtual Care partner with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

Kent Dicks attended Phoenix College from 1979 to 1981 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Business. Kent then attended Arizona State University from 1981 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS).
