Will Stebbeds is a Principal Scientist and Team Leader in the Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology department at LifeArc, where they manage and mentor a team of 8-10 scientists while leading various drug discovery and development projects. With previous experience as a Senior Scientist and Team Leader at GSK, they contributed to cellular assay development and advanced technologies in drug discovery. They also worked as a Scientist at Charles River Laboratories, focusing on molecular biology and cell-based techniques. Will began their academic journey with a Biomedical Science placement at Hospital de Faro and earned a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Cranfield University.
