LifeBac is a modern, holistic solution to the age-old problem of alcohol over-indulgence. Excessive drinking is not the “incurable disease” people once thought it was, and quitting isn’t the only option for recovery.
LifeBac uses FDA-approved medication — prescribed via telehealth and delivered discreetly to your door — to suppress urges to drink on psychological cues. To ensure long-term change, LifeBac also offers a vast array of in-app resources like drink-tracking, a community of past and current problem-drinkers, personal coaching, medication management and titration, and an expertly-crafted online behavior-change course by global addiction expert Dr. Adi Jaffe, PhD.
