Daniel Boloc

Daniel Boloc is a Senior Bioinformatician at Lifebit since September 2022, previously serving as a Bioinformatician. Prior experience includes a role as Bioinformatic Software Developer at STALICLA from January 2020 to October 2022, where Daniel developed bioinformatics pipelines using Python and R, implemented CI/CD in GitLab, and managed data processing tasks. Earlier roles included a Bioinformatic Software Developer Associate and a PhD student at Universitat de Barcelona, contributing to platform development and database management. Notable experiences also include a position as a pre-doctoral visiting fellow at the European Bioinformatics Institute and an internship focused on pathway analysis of retinal genes. Daniel holds a Doctorado in Bioinformatics and a Master of Science in Biomedicine from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as a Grado in Biotechnology from Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
