Radu Proca

Radu Proca has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. Radu started at Starsoft as a Software Engineer, where they deployed and maintained production applications on cloud platforms, built an Ionic/Cordova mobile application for a food delivery startup, and designed and developed a public API for a food delivery application. From 2016 to 2022, Radu worked at Labs 42 as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect, and Tech Lead. During their time there, they developed a web application that aggregates financial statements of audited companies in unified custom reports, implemented Docker Swarm orchestration for an eCommerce SaaS to ensure high availability, and designed and implemented a cross-platform, offline-first mobile application that helps technicians maintain and monitor physical assets on-site. Currently, Radu is a Senior Software Engineer at Lifebit.

Radu Proca obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2020, following an Engineer's degree in Information Technologies from the College of Information Technologies in 2016. Additionally, Radu Proca has obtained three certifications: AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2020, JSNSD: OpenJS Node.js Services Developer from The Linux Foundation in January 2020, and Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in August 2019.
