Chad Jackson has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Chad served as the Chief Analyst and CEO at Lifecycle Insights since 2010, where they were responsible for publishing numerous publications and co-hosting a web show. Prior to that, Chad worked at Aberdeen Group from 2006 to 2010, serving in executive management and primary research roles. At Aberdeen Group, they led a team of analysts and was involved in various aspects of business development. Before joining Aberdeen Group, Chad worked at PTC from 1995 to 2006 in roles related to process and product management, as well as application engineering and account management.
Chad Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
