Jenny E.

Jenny E. is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a dedicated People & Organizational Development Strategist. With a Master’s in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from HELP University, Jenny has cultivated a robust career in talent development, notably at VMLY&R, where they designed and implemented global leadership programs. Currently serving as the Head of Talent & Organizational Development at Midea America Corp, they also contribute as a member of LifeHikes' Coalition of Global Advisors. Additionally, Jenny held leadership positions within the Association for Talent Development, New York City chapter, including President and Immediate Past President, further demonstrating their commitment to fostering professional growth and organizational culture.
