David Osofsky

David Osofsky has 18 years of experience in software engineering. David began their career in 2002 as a Squad Lead, Precision Cohort Commercialization, Watson Care Insights, IBM Watson Health, where they led a multi-disciplinary squad to productize and integrate subsystems that used machine learning to recommend patient treatment options. David then worked as a Team Lead and Individual Contributor, Distiller, IBM Watson Health, where they improved Distiller NLP negation and made Distiller highly customizable. In 2020, they joined Life Image as a Principal Software Engineer. In between, they held various roles such as Project Lead, New Hire Digital Assistant, IBM CIO Innovation Lab; Team Lead and Individual Contributor, Watson Sales Assistant, IBM CIO Innovation Lab; Team Lead and Individual Contributor, Faces, IBM CIO Innovation Lab; Team Lead and Individual Contributor, Mashup Center, IBM Software Group; and Individual Contributor, Lotus Component Designer, IBM Software Group. David also worked as a Team Lead and Individual Contributor, Lotus Workplace, IBM Software Group, where they designed and implemented document management portlet adapter EJB.
