Lifelines was started by Melissa and Doug Bernstein, Co-Founders of the tremendously successful toy company Melissa & Doug. 

Inspired by her own personal journey of self-discovery, Melissa created a collection of Sensory Immersion™ tools designed to switch on the body’s most effective stress relievers: the senses. 

When self-care practices are expensive or time-consuming, stress relief can get stressful.  Science tells us that Sensory Immersion™, the simple practice of activating the senses, is a fast, effortless, and fun way to soothe our minds.
