Mert Ceylan

Mert Ceylan is a Product Manager at Lifemote. Mert was previously a DevOps Support Engineer at Kron from November 2017 to July 2018. Mert was responsible for providing delivery process service and technical support for products of Kron, including Single Connect, Single-fi, Turkcell Soho-Wifi, etc. Mert was also responsible for involving the product development process, troubleshooting on products, VM servers and network configuration, and designing and configuring the network infrastructure for the installation of Kron products. Mert supported one of the biggest telecommunication companies as a customer of Kron Single-Connect and established the VM infrastructure and configured the Kron Wi-Fi hotspot logger product in İGA (İstanbul Grand Airport) and integrated systems with Load-Balancers. Mert used JIRA for SLA tracking of tickets and defects and created testcase documents, applied manuel API tests using Postman. Mert Ceylan was also a Technical Product Manager / Voice Services Planning Specialist at Türk Telekom from July 2018 to July 2021. Mert was an Intern at StarTT from July 2016 to September 2016.

Mert Ceylan studied business administration and management at Istanbul University before getting their master's degree in telecommunication engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Mert also has a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Istanbul University. In addition to their academic credentials, Mert Ceylan also has certification in data science from BTK Akademi, certification in neural networks and deep learning from Coursera, and certification in SBCC 20 - SBC Core Support from Ribbon Communications.
