Heather Griffin

Heather started at LifeMoves over 6 years ago as a Case Manager. She has brought guidance, direction, and enthusiasm to every site she has worked at - whether a Case Manager, Associate Program Director, or Program Director! She now serves as Director of Santa Clara County Shelters & Services. Before LifeMoves, Heather worked as a Community Support Specialist at Crider Health Center and served in the Peace Corps for two years in Belize. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree from Augustana College and a Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.
