Edith AMMANN

Edith Ammann is an experienced dance and movement educator with a diverse background in various dance styles and health-focused practices. Since October 2017, Edith has served as a Partner at Lifeplus, emphasizing body positivity, self-love, and well-being. From 1993 to 2004, Edith worked at Ballettstudio Elvira Müller, teaching jazz dance, modern dance, hip hop, and back gymnastics. Additionally, since 2006, Edith has been self-employed, owning BALANCE, where a focus on fitness and movement is central. Edith completed formal training in dance and gymnastics at Ursula Kasics in Zurich and furthered education at Studio Paris Center, specializing in contemporary dance and choreography. An early career foundation includes a KV Lehre at Stadtverwaltung Winterthur.
