Mike Nelson

Mike Nelson currently serves as the Director of Operations and Site Lead for Brownsburg Commercial Operations at LifeScience Logistics since February 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Director and Site Lead in Plainfield Business Operations at Azenta Life Sciences from September 2022 to November 2023. With extensive experience in process excellence, Mike led significant projects at Labcorp Drug Development that resulted in financial savings exceeding $24.2 million. In addition to a successful career in the healthcare sector, Mike founded and presided over Rock Steady Boxing Brownsburg, supporting individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Mike possesses over 20 years of experience in logistics, quality assurance, and process improvement. Educational credentials include an MBA and multiple certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
