Reginald Brown

Reginald Brown, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting at LifeScience Logistics since April 2024, Reginald has also held consulting roles with various companies since November 2022 and previously served as Vice President - Corporate Controller at Drive Shack Inc. and Vice President of Finance - Corporate Controller at Highgate. Reginald's extensive background includes leadership positions in corporate accounting for publicly traded companies, such as Ashford Hospitality Trust, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with financial reporting deadlines, as well as roles in accounting and reporting at Novartis. Reginald began a career in auditing with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing a strong foundation in audit and financial advisory services. Reginald graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2000.
