Michelle Fell is an Account Director at LifeSearch, where they coach and lead a team of professional mortgage advisers while driving high standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Halifax, including Training Consultant and Assistant Manager, as well as a Mortgage Consultant. Their experience also includes serving as a Mortgage Manager and Development Coach at Yorkshire Building Society Group and as a Field Compliance Manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau. Michelle is passionate about training and supports a variety of initiatives, playing a key role in significant projects such as MMR.
