Brian Mount is a leader in faith-based nonprofit talent and operations, focusing on developing people, organizations, and strategies to transform lives. Currently, Brian is the Co-Founder of Bridge Conciliation, facilitating mediations and conflict resolutions. Previously, Brian served as the Associate Director at Forest Home, the Chief Operating Officer at Hume Lake Christian Camps, and held senior leadership roles at Operation Mobilization USA and Southside Church. Brian also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Biola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible Theology and Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute.
