Lifesize Plans is a pre-construction risk protection system that enables homeowners, builders, architects and developers to experience their designs at full scale before construction begins. Through immersive 1:1 walkthroughs, projects can be tested in real space, allowing stakeholders to validate layouts, proportions, sightlines and functionality in a way that drawings alone cannot provide. Every project reveals opportunities for refinement. Adjustments that are simple at the design stage can otherwise lead to variations costing $20,000–$50,000 or more once construction is underway. Beyond cost savings, Lifesize Plans contributes to reducing construction waste, minimising rework and improving overall project efficiency, supporting better outcomes for clients and the broader built environment. As the industry moves toward greater design accountability and sustainability, full-scale validation presents a clear opportunity to become a standard step in the pre-construction process. Lifesize Plans operates from its head office in Australia, with an expanding international footprint including franchise operations in Dublin and Dubai, and licensed partners in Lithuania. We are actively exploring opportunities to expand into new regions through our licensing model, partnering with individuals and organisations looking to introduce Lifesize Plans into their local market.

Lifesize Plans is on a growth trajectory on a global scale with multiple international locations in the planning as a brand-new state of the art location in Sydney.

The Lifesize Plans Team are excited to share more news shortly as we lay the foundations for even more growth and assist in helping thousands more design, build and realise their dreams.
