We are a private holding company that buys, builds, and holds businesses in the lower middle-market. We work alongside the management teams of these businesses to build strong cultures that deliver sustained growth & profitability. We then use a portion of the profits to help fund faith-based charities – with a primary emphasis on organizations that deliver holistic solutions in the areas of orphan care and vulnerable children.

We employ an innovative investment methodology that fully leverages tax-advantaged capital and generates a repeatable giving model for charitable reinvestment – multiplying giving capacity and maximizing impact.

Our method delivers a three-fold ROI - creating better businesses, stronger charities, and a smarter investment model.
