LifeSource, Inc is a company comprised of mental health providers who offer services in a variety of settings, with a focus on long-term care facilities. Services range from doctoral level psychotherapy to psychiatric medication evaluations and recommendations dependent upon the needs of the facility and their residents. 

Our licensed psychologists travel to facilities in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia daily to deliver services including mental health evaluations, staff consultations, and 1:1 therapeutic counseling. 

Our psychiatric teams include Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners - PMHNPs, GNPs, ANP and, FNPs - who practice under the auspices of the medical director. Our teams primarily visit facilities to perform medication evaluations and to make recommendations to primary physicians and staff.
