Mark Murray

Mark Murray currently serves as the Director of Development, Learning and Education at LifeSource since January 2025, overseeing organizational learning and leadership programs. Previously, Mark was the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Cargill from November 2016 to March 2025, where efforts included evolving the DEI strategy and enhancing organizational accountability. Mark also held roles as Global Change/OD Strategy Lead at Cargill and Senior Change Manager on a contract basis at Land O'Lakes, Inc. With experience as a Process Manager at Advance Auto Parts and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Catalyst Community Partners, Mark's background spans strategy development, change management, and community revitalization. Mark holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
