Catie Hogan

Catie Hogan, LNHA, LALD, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration. With a passion for improving the Long Term Care Industry, Catie has held various positions, including Administrator in Training at The Emeralds at St Paul LLC, Memory Care Director at Ebenezer, and Community Team Lead at Oakwood Hills Retirement Home. Currently, Catie serves as the Executive Director at Boulder Ponds Senior Living in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, while also holding licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director. Prior to these roles, Catie gained experience as a barista at Caribou Coffee.
