Michael Held

Michael Held has worked in various roles since 1998. Michael began their career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in 1998. In 2000, they moved to Monitor Group as a Management Consultant. In 2004, they founded and became the CEO of LifeSpeak Inc., an engagement platform that empowers human resources to help their employees thrive. Michael's role includes overseeing the unique offering of expert-lead videos, podcasts, and “ask the expert” chat sessions which provide employees critical tools to grow and to face life’s challenges.

Michael Held holds a double degree in LLB/MBA from the University of Toronto, where they were a Gold Medalist, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
