Eric Kleinert

Eric Kleinert, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Eric is currently the Director of Compensation & Benefits at LifeView Group, where they oversee benefits and compensation for a non-profit organization with over 3,100 employees across multiple states. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Director for Escambia County BCC, leading a team of 17 and providing HR services for 1,700 employees. Eric also held various HR leadership positions in the State of Indiana, including Director of Human Resources for the Department of Transportation and Executive Director of Human Resources for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Regional HR Manager for ACE Cash Express and an HR Manager for AT Systems Technologies. Their expertise includes labor relations, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and policy development.

Eric Kleinert, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1989-1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011. Eric also holds certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional obtained in June 2015, and SPHR obtained from the HR Certification Institute in June 2002. Additionally, they have a certification as a Learning Systems Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
