Eric Campbell

Eric Campbell is an accomplished Executive Operations and Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in driving transformational improvements across the global supply chain, manufacturing, and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lifeward, Eric oversees operational leadership and focuses on enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include managing a $200M global supply chain portfolio at Werfen and directing diverse teams at Hologic, where Eric made significant contributions to manufacturing and engineering processes for medical devices. Additionally, Eric mentors graduate teams at Tufts University, providing counsel to optimize project outcomes and job market readiness. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
