Project Management

The Project Management team at LifeWatch ERIC oversees the planning, execution, and completion of e-Science research projects related to biodiversity and ecosystems. They coordinate activities across various roles to ensure timely delivery, manage resources, and facilitate communication between scientists, administrators, and stakeholders.
