Cindy Croley

Cindy Croley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cindy began their career at SunTrust Bank in 1989, where they held positions as a Compensation Specialist and later as a Payroll Manager in Nashville. In 1996, they joined First Baptist Church, Madison as a Treasurer, a role they held until 2013. During their time at LifeWay Christian Resources, they held various roles including HRIS Specialist, HR Technology Manager, HR Services Manager, and Director of Human Resources Services. Throughout their career, Cindy has showcased their expertise in human resources, project management, and data analysis.

Cindy Croley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 1987. Cindy also holds additional certifications as a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in November 2017.
