Fredricka Boles

Fredricka Boles, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Fredricka has held various roles at LifeWay Christian Resources, including Director of Human Resources Business Partners, where they oversaw HR operations and led a team of HR professionals. Fredricka also served as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR guidance and innovative solutions to executives and managers. Prior to their time at LifeWay, Fredricka worked at Verizon Wireless, where they served as an HR professional, consultant, and supervisor, leading HR-focused projects and providing consulting services to leaders.

Fredricka Boles, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bethel University. Fredricka also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Relations and Business Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. Additionally, they have certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Strengthening and Sustaining a Culture of Operational Excellence from Disney Institute, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
