Ben Masters

Ben Masters is currently the Head of Commissioning at Lifeways Group, where they lead a team focused on bid project management and strategic relationship management for high-volume commissioners. With over 10 years of experience in senior business development roles, Ben has a strong background in health and social care commissioning, building collaborative bid project teams, and successfully managing key client contracts. Previously, Ben served as Head of Tendering at Lifeways Group and held various positions at Care UK, including Bid Lead and Contracts Manager, where they demonstrated a consistent ability to win and retain contracts in competitive environments. Ben holds a BA Hons in History and Politics from the University of York.
