Miranda Spiro

Miranda Spiro, LMSW, possesses extensive experience in grants compliance and administration, currently serving as the Director of Grants Compliance and Accreditation at LifeWorks Austin since February 2019. Prior roles include Director of Grants and Contracts Compliance and Grants & Financial Compliance Manager at the same organization. Spiro also worked as a Grants and Contracts Administrator at Foundation Communities and held the position of Grants Officer III at OneStar Foundation. Early career experiences include serving as the Keep Austin Housed Coordinator at Front Steps and as an Outreach and Intake Specialist at Caritas of Austin. Spiro holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
