Teresa Learn

Teresa Learn is the Chief Financial Officer for CareOregon, a non-profit Medicaid managed care organization serving over 500,000 members. In 17 years with CareOregon, Teresa has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of Medicaid financing, critical to LifeWorks NW operations. Her leadership approach focuses on listening well and collaborating to address frequent challenges in the healthcare environment.

Teresa graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in business administration. She has worked in public accounting, biotech, and for eight years as controller of a Portland-area physicians group. She has served on the board of Neighborhood Health Center and the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation.
