Kent Larson is the Founder and CEO of The General Counsel, Ltd., a non-traditional law firm providing outsourced legal counsel since 1985. With a robust background in law and business management, Kent has also co-founded 3DBD, Inc., which assists technology companies in developing strategic relationships and technology transfers. Kent’s previous experience includes serving as CEO of several firms and providing outsourced legal counsel for organizations like Digi International and ADC. They hold a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and are currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Minnesota in Public Affairs.
