Lauren Brutger is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in development and community relations. Currently serving as a Senior Development Specialist, Community Relations Officer, and Development Officer at Lifeworks Services, Inc. since April 2022, Lauren has previously held the position of Development Manager at the Arthritis Foundation from May 2018 to April 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Clemens Perk Coffee Shop, IT Project Manager Assistant, and Office Assistant Lead at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Peace Studies, and Conflict Resolution from the College of Saint Benedict and a Certificate in Graphic Design from Washtenaw Community College.

Lifeworks is a Minnesota 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1965 by parents of children with disabilities. Our mission is to partner with people with disabilities to drive change by increasing opportunity and access in the community. We envision a community where people with disabilities are more broadly valued, hired by employers, receiving support, and participating in ordinary activities. Through Fiscal Support, Employment, and Day Services – as well as through partnerships with nearly 300 businesses – Lifeworks provides support to 2,500 individuals with disabilities and their families throughout the Twin Cities and greater Mankato area.
