Michelle Yancy is an experienced leader focused on balancing business and customer goals to create optimal outcomes. They currently serve as the Director of Customer Experience at Lifeworks Services, Inc. and have previously held the position of Retail Director at REI from 2001 to 2022, as well as Customer Marketing Manager at Sovos from 2022 to 2024, where they built relationships and enhanced client retention. Michelle is dedicated to developing talent and strategies that improve customer experiences and organizational processes. Currently, they are continuing their education at Augsburg College.
