Rachel Grounds has extensive experience in program analysis, administrative support, and customer service, with a career spanning over three decades. Since June 2010, Rachel has held multiple positions at Lifeworks Services, Inc., including Program Analyst and Quality Support Specialist. Prior roles include volunteer work as Club Secretary for the Eagan High School Football Booster Club and various positions at Thomson Reuters, where Rachel provided technical and customer service support. Additional experience includes marketing for the Eagan Art House, administrative roles at the Southwest Area YMCA, and office management at All Saints Lutheran Church. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
