Omer Ackerman is an experienced industrial designer with a strong background in product development and design management. Currently serving as the Industrial Design Lead at Lifeworks Technology since July 2013, Omer manages a design team and oversees the entire product development process, utilizing market data to produce innovative, user-centered design solutions. Prior to this, Omer was a Product Design Intern at Quirky.com, contributing to all aspects of the design process, and worked as an Independent Designer, serving a variety of clients including Threadless and Keter Plastics. Omer's early career included a role as a Professional Commander of the Multimedia Department in the Israeli Defense Force, where responsibilities included teaching design courses and creating educational materials. Omer Ackerman holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, completed in 2012.
