Nigel Jacques has over 20 years of experience in technology and support roles, currently serving as a Technology Analyst at LifeWorks since April 2008. Prior to this position, Nigel worked as a Helpdesk Analyst for NRT Technology from October 2005 to April 2008 and held a dual role as Helpdesk Analyst and System Administrator at Inquent Technologies from 2000 to 2003.
