Lifeyear is on a mission to save lives from heart disease by transforming cardiovascular care delivery with next generation remote patient management.

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of mortality and economic burden on healthcare systems worldwide. In the UK, NHS's systemic overload has resulted in record cardiac waiting lists and surge in premature deaths. The British Heart Foundation has called it “The worst heart care crisis in living memory and a tragic loss of hard won progress”.

Lifeyear's smartphone-enabled remote patient management system helps hospitals, outpatient clinics and GP practices cut down on cardiac waitlists, reduce unnecessary clinical visits and readmissions, while empowering patients to take control of their heart health.

For providers, we help optimise care delivery, cutting down on waiting lists, unburdening clinical teams and reducing overall cost of care.

For clinicians, we simplify remote patient monitoring and medication management, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to patients who need it the most.

For patients, Lifeyear delivers easily accessible and personalised heart care through a clinical grade smartphone application, reducing face-to-face clinical visits and long waiting times.
