Lift is an organisational consultancy that can transform the performance of your business. Our clients come to us when they need change to happen - a shift in a new direction, perhaps, or a change in 'the way things are done round here'. We design change programmes that help everyone in the business to understand what needs to change and why, what part they play to make it happen.

We can also put in place processes & structures that will embed the change and help it stick. And we can equip managers or leaders with the skills to: lead the business successfully through change; develop innovative strategies; and build high performing teams.

Our approach is bespoke - it's designed to work to our client's strategic goals and priorities and their specific challenges, company culture and competitive environment. Our clients range from MTV to Manchester City Football Club and include media, communications & branding, legal, financial services, manufacturing, construction, travel and more.
