For over 40 years, we’ve been assessing and treating patients in care. When it comes to moving people we’ve seen it all. And we’ve seen things change. That’s why we created Lift Less - to give you the most comprehensive and up-to-date manual handling training to keep patients and carers safe.

Our manual handling program combines 40 years of allied health experience paired with Louise O’Shea’s 30 years of training others how to move people safely.

We help you create a clinical roadmap using the Lift Less Functional Capacity Assessment (LLFCA). From requiring minimal assistance to physical assistance and finally to mechanical assistance, we teach carers how to safely move people as they age and their mobility deteriorates.

Specialised manual handling training for specialised care.
