Nick Johnson is a seasoned metallurgist and process engineer with extensive experience in the automotive supply chain, ranging from raw materials production to part assembly. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering & Operations at LIFT, where they lead teams to support the Department of Defense and Organic Industrial Base needs. Previously, they served as R&D Technical Specialist at Gerdau Special Steel North America, focusing on bearing steels development and customer qualifications. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan Technological University, where they conducted research and contributed to various metallurgical projects.
