Jon Kraft

Jon Kraft is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Operative Games, Kraft is focused on innovating interactive storytelling through AI and real-time animation. In addition to this role, Kraft is the Chief Strategy Officer at ExoDexa and a Venture Partner at Black Diamond Ventures, where the emphasis is on transforming education and nurturing entrepreneurial growth, respectively. Previous experiences include high-level consulting roles at Walt Disney Corporation and Point.me, as well as leadership positions at UberMedia and Big Stage Entertainment, where Kraft played a critical role in M&A activities and product development.
