LIFTT Leadership develops leaders from the inside out.
We focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal clarity—core skills that drive real performance in high-stakes environments. Our work supports people who lead others, make big decisions, and carry real responsibility.

LIFTT is led by Eric Thompson and works with executives, founders, life coaches, athletes, teams, and leadership professionals committed to sustainable internal growth.
Eric brings experience as a former D1 athlete, executive, and coach. He has worked with leaders and teams across healthcare, education, pro sports, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. His approach is direct, grounded, and built for long-term impact.

Most recently, Eric supported the University of Texas Longhorns Women’s Softball Team during their historic 2025 national title run—the first NCAA softball championship in school history.
Their win was grounded by internal work that started months before the first pitch. Eric helped lay the foundation for what became one of the most mentally resilient and connected teams in college sports, doing the deep work with Reese Atwood and her team.

LIFTT is about building internal systems that help you lead consistently, clearly, and with purpose. The tools are evidence-based and designed for high-performing humans with real-world responsibilities.

The LIFTT Method helps you recognize and shift internal patterns in real time.
It stands for: Label. Imagine. Future. Transition. Take action.

We teach this work through coaching, courses, guided cohorts, keynotes, and team intensives. Everything is designed to be practical, clear, and rooted in lived experience.

If you want to grow your leadership by learning to trust yourself first, LIFTT is your starting point. You’ll learn how to respond instead of react, stay grounded under pressure, and lead with clarity.
