Hakam AlHendi has a diverse range of work experience. Hakam started their career in 2012 as an ICT Assistant at the World Health Organization and worked there until 2014. After that, they joined MTN and held multiple roles, including Junior Charging Software Engineer from 2014 to 2016, Senior Charging Software Engineer from 2016 to 2020, and finally Team Supervisor from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined EastMed as a Software Development Supervisor and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Data Analyst at LigaData, where they focus on building data models, collecting and organizing large datasets, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualizations. Hakam has also worked on projects such as developing a FinTech datamart and building a Rest API.
Hakam AlHendi completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Informatics Engineering with a focus on Information Systems & Software Engineering from Damascus University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
Hakam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Syrian Virtual University SVU, studying from 2019 to 2021. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
Following that, Hakam pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technologies from Altınbaş Üniversitesi, where they studied from 2022 to 2024.
In terms of certifications, Hakam has obtained several additional certifications. Hakam completed a Data Analyst in SQL certification from DataCamp in January 2023. In January 2022, they obtained certifications in "Building Scalable Java Microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud" from Google and "Web Development Masterclass" from YouAccel. In December 2019, they completed the PMP Certification Training Course from ALTANMYA GROUP.
Hakam has also obtained various certifications from Ericsson, including BSCS iX 17 in June 2019, Ericsson MulitMediation (EMM) in November 2017, and Ericsson OCS6 (CCN, SDP, AIR) in April 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Business Awareness from The Syria Trust for Development in February 2007.
